I recently received the Outrage G5 kit from Helidirect and have been busy building it up and videoing the whole process. Below are the build videos and a bunch of pictures of the finished article plus the maiden flight. The wind was ‘outrageous’ today, so it was a bit difficult to do anything but battle in the wind, I’ll shoot a better video once the high winds have blown through.
I received the K&B Dream Design Dampeners today (Hard and Extreme 3D) from http://www.sportsmoto.co.uk/
These dampeners fit the Align 600e, 600n, Mikado Logo 10, 14, 500 and 600. They are priced at £4.20 per set.
I have fitted the Hard dampeners to the 600e and will follow up with fitting the Extreme dampeners after I’ve established the lifetime.

Several UK retailers are now showing confirmed pricing on the 700N at £499.99. I’ve not had official notification from the UK distributors but I assume that £499.99 will probably stick now as retailers are offering it as a confirmed price.
Today the Outrage G5 arrived for review. Supplied by HeliDirect who are the distributors for this new 450 class helicopter.

Two shot today, the first is the Outrage XP 6S 2500 30C with a Scorpion 1400kv
The second is using the Align 6S 2600 25C with a Medusa 36-50-1600 V1.
Just uploaded to the site is the FlexPro Landing Gear review. A durable undercart aimed at the beginner and alleviating those troublesome boom strikes and skid breakages on the T-Rex 450.
Today I completed the tests on the 500L, Scorpion HK3026 1900kv and the Medusa 36-50-1600 V2. Following this will be the 6S tests.
